Mama Z (@cookingwithmamaz) has begun a two week residency at Stretford Foodhall. The menu Zos has created is inspired by her Filipino heritage, plus her mum and grandmother’s recipes.
Zos has previously popped up at food markets all over Greater Manchester (you might’ve seen her at Hatch), plus a collaboration with Wok’s Cluckin’ and the launch of her very own Banana Ketchup which she’ll be stocking at Stretford – just ask her about it!
Her menu captures the real diversity and colour of the Philippines (an island nation with over 7,000 islands) making it a proper melting pot of influences. Expect sweet, sour and spicy bold flavour.
