Where to find vegan food in Greater Manchester: takeaways, shops and meal kits

If you're doing Veganuary or just want to cut down on meat, there are plenty of great places to order from in Greater Manchester

Veganuary is set to be more popular than ever this year, with aims to reach half a million people in January 2021.

Lockdown has led to a surge in consumer demand for plant-based products during lockdown and greater health and environmental concerns.

And it’s much easier to take on this vegan 31 day challenge than when it first launched seven years ago, with many more vegan options present on menus and on shop shelves.

Despite restaurants not being fully open yet, if you’re planning on tackling the Veganuary challenge this month, there are plenty of great places to find vegan food to enjoy at home across Greater Manchester.

We’ve rounded up some of the best vegan takeaways and meal kits available for delivery or collection, as well as shops and supermarkets with a substantial vegan offering.
